New semiconductor research cleanroom facility for research into various substrate materials. Our role included coordination between international design parties.
Tight spatial constraint within Hong Kong presented a particular challenge. Limited space available for the site, particularly impacted on the specialist gas building and cleanroom services routes through the building.
